When you enter the Library you have to wear the College ID Card
When you Enter/Out the Library put the time and your signature in the Gate Register.
Outside things(Bags, Own Books) are not allowed inside the library
After you refer the Library Books & Periodicals Don’t Replace the Book into the Rack.
Books will be Issued to the Members only on Producing the Membership Card.
Identical Book with same title and same author will not be issued.
Students can Issue 1 Book at a time for 7 days.
Staff/Faculty can Issue 2 Books at a time for 14 days.
You may renew one more time of not demand for that book.
Books must be returned or renewed on the proper due date. Otherwise fine amount Rs.25 per day will be collected for Students and Staff/Faculty
The borrowed book or membership card has to be returned in the Library before you get no due Certificate.
Any kind of Marking, Underlining, Clipping in/on books is forbidden. If found any remarks you have to replace the book at immediately.
Lost of book by a Student or Staff shall be replaced with a new copy or pay three times of cost of book at current price with overdue amount.
Reference Books, Newspapers, Magazines, Journals should not be taken out.
Library use is Strictly not allowed in class times, and only the Library Hours and Break times
In Library hour Attendance will be taken. So you should in the Library in Library hour.
Please maintain the decorum of the Library by replaces the chairs in order and put off the fan while you leaving the Library
Hall ticket for semester examinations will not be issued with a Dues Certificate from the Librarian.
